Mari Winsor designed The Back Workout so that in 20 minutes you will:

Increase flexibility and loosen up the tight areas of your back Develop muscle strength so that you feel balanced and in control Tone your back muscles so you look good and feel good Achieve better posture To achieve the best results, we recommend exercising 3 times per week, using The Back Workout plus any of our Winsor Pilates workouts. It’s important to combine your workout with a healthy eating plan.
